Just say it.
Buddy finds a spot your rig fits.
Truck Buddy is the hands-free voice copilot for truck drivers. Ask for parking, a hotel, fuel or a mechanic, and it picks a place that fits your truck and sets the route.

Say it the way you’d say it to dispatch.
No menus and no magic words. Buddy turns everyday phrases into the right search, and only asks a follow-up when it really changes the answer.

From “Hey Buddy” to a route in one breath.
-
Wake it up
Say “Hey Buddy” or tap the avatar. The wake word is heard on the phone, so nothing leaves it until you speak to Buddy.
-
Talk normally
Buddy shows what it heard, so you know it got you right before it acts.
You said: need a truck stop with showers -
Buddy picks and routes
It weighs your truck, the distance and the parking, picks one place and sets the route. It answers in a sentence or two, out loud and on screen.
-
Tap Go
Drive with spoken turn-by-turn, or hand the trip to Google Maps or Waze.
It looks at the lot before you take the exit.
A listing saying “truck parking” isn’t the same as room for 70 feet of rig. Buddy checks satellite imagery of the place to judge whether a 53 ft tractor-trailer can park there, finds the truck entrance, and ends your route at it.
Ask “where do I park?” and Buddy tells you which side the entrance is on, from the direction you’re actually coming.
Your truck
Every route is built around it
Tell it your truck once. Every route respects it.
Set up takes one sentence. Height, trailer length, weight and hazmat all shape the route, so Buddy steers you clear of low bridges and roads your truck shouldn’t be on. Change it any time by voice.
“13 foot 6, 53 foot trailer, 80,000 pounds, no hazmat.”
When Buddy can’t verify restrictions on a road, it tells you plainly, like the line above, instead of pretending.
Stopped on the shoulder? Say so. Buddy does the calling around.
Tell Buddy what happened. It asks at most one question, then reads reviews, hours and payment options while you deal with the truck. You get a short spoken comparison and the exact details to give on the phone. You start it, and Buddy never calls anyone on its own.
Example results. Names and prices are illustrative.
- Where you are
- I-80 eastbound, past exit 86, right shoulder
- Truck
- 13′6″ tractor, 53 ft trailer, loaded

Readable at a glance. Usable with one thumb.
Phone on the mount, eyes on the road. Turn-by-turn is spoken and shown big, arrival time sits where you expect it, and one word mutes it all.
Big targets
Every button is at least 56 px, sized for a bumpy cab and a gloved thumb.
Captioned, always
What you said and what Buddy answered are always on screen, so it works with the radio up.
Wake word on the phone
“Hey Buddy” is detected on the device. Nothing is recorded or sent until you start talking to it.
Remembers the trip
Say “not that one” and Buddy knows what you mean. Clear its memory whenever you like.
Your maps, too
Hand any route to Google Maps or Waze with one tap if that’s what you drive with.
Short answers
One or two sentences: the place and the distance. Buddy keeps the talking to what you need.
Hey Buddy.
Your copilot for the next stop, the next exit and the long night in between.
